At Explore Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion find isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
